My Commentary on Psalm 111

I will praise the LORD with all my heart in the assembled congregation of the upright.
Let my voice be loud and my joy be obvious
Great are the works of the LORD, to be treasured for all their delights.
So many wonderful treasures in this beautiful earth, my family, my Faith and all your creations.

Majestic and glorious is your work, your wise design endures forever. You won renown for your wondrous deeds; gracious and merciful is the LORD.
In all things are the presence of Your perfection, we who mess things up are grateful for your mercy.
You gave food to those who fear you, mindful of your covenant forever.
You always provide for us, we know we have to depend on you.

You showed powerful deeds to your people, giving them the lands of the nations.
The Church and our faith has prospered throughout the earth.

The works of your hands are right and true, reliable all your decrees,
We acknowledge that you are true, just and the source of all wisdom.

Established forever and ever, to be observed with loyalty and care.
We follow you to our eternal salvation, ever diligent of our path.

You sent deliverance to your people, ratified your covenant forever; holy and awesome is your name.
Because of Christ's death and resurrection, we praise the name which is above every name and confess that Jesus Christ is Lord!

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; prudent are all who live by it. Your praise endures forever.
All Wisdom comes from the Cross. It is the Alpha and the Omega. May I always keep my eye fixed on the Holy Cross
